How to order prints

●

For all purchases other than special orders, while inside the galleries and the larger image is displayed, scroll down to the Purchase this Photograph section (circled in red) at the lower left, as shown in Example: C1. and click on Purchase this Photo!.

When you click on Purchase this Photo!, it adds that photograph to your cart and takes you to Checkout::Step 1, where you select the size and quantity. Sizes not normally offered may be available, use the Special Order form to submit a request.

In Example: C2. we've selected one 16x20 of image TM0010.

Now you can Continue shopping, Empty cart, Save Changes, Continue to Checkout. If you select Continue shopping it takes you back to the gallery. If you select Empty cart, it removes all items from your cart and you are still in Checkout::Step 1., click on the gallery name in the upper left to view and select more photographs.

If you have several images in your cart and want to remove 1 of them, click the small box (circled in red) between the Phototown logo and the thumbnail of the image and then click on Save changes. That will remove the photograph and you will still be in Checkout::Step 1.

If you click Continue to checkout, it will take you to Checkout::Step 2. as shown in Example: C3.

At Checkout::Step 2. - Confirm your selection, (Example: C3.) is when you have choices to Modify Order, (takes you back to Checkout::Step 1) or completing your purchases by Email Checkout or using PayPal.

You can choose to make your purchases by email shown in (Example: C4.) which we'll explain next.

Choosing Pay Pal means that you can pay for your purchases with most major Credit cards and you do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction. Click on the PayPal button and it will take you to PayPal to complete the order. If you use PayPal, we do not receive any of your financial information, we receive your order form indicating payment to PayPal and transmit the image files to the lab to have the print(s) made.

You will receive a confirmation Email from us when your order is being processed and the image files are transmitted to the lab. No changes are permitted at this time. Using PayPal is the fastest way to get your order into the system, prints made and shipped to you.

If you choose Email Checkout in Checkout::Step 2. you will be taken to Checkout::Customer Details (Example: C4.) below to fill out the Email form.

Unless you provide us with a telephone number, we will only have the Email Address you entered on the form to contact you if there is a problem or question with the order.

Please fill out the form, check it for accuracy, then click the Submit Order button. This will take you to the Checkout::Order Complete page (Example: C5.) to let you know your order has been sent. The order is sent to us and placed into the Orders Pending file until we receive payment from you. Michigan residents must add 6 % percent sales tax.

You will receive a confirmation Email from us after receiving your payment, when your order is being processed and the image files are transmitted to the lab. No changes are permitted at this time.

Checks normally clear within 5 -7 business days, Money Orders the next business day, at which time we transmit the image files to the lab to have the print(s) made. Make checks and Money Orders Payable to Phototown, LLC and send to: (Michigan residents must add 6 % percent sales tax)

Turn around time: Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for processing, printing and shipping your order. Turn around time could be less if payment is made with the order. We ship primarily by FedEx ground .
