Information about our guarantee, return and privacy policies

Phototown guarantee: If you are not satisfied with any purchase please notify us and return it within 10 days for a full refund of your purchase price.

Returns: When notified of a return, we will provide you with the shipping information. We require that returns be shipped packaged the same as it was shipped to you, (for insurance) and that you pay for the return shipping.

Damaged Items: If you receive a shipment from us and it was damaged in shipping, immediately contact us and the shipper and save all of the shipping material to document the damage.

Privacy: Phototown is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe online experience for all of our visitors. We Do Not send newsletters, emails (except to respond to a request or order), promotional material, surveys and/or other offers to our users. We Do Not give your email address to anyone.
