How to get around inside of the galleries

●

By clicking on Main - Gallery Avenue, it will take you to Gallery Avenue shown below as Example 1. You can stay in the Main - Gallery Avenue or click on any of the Gallery Links and go to one of them. From there you select a Photographer's Gallery by clicking on one of the thumbnail images above the Photographer's name. That will open a thumbnail page within the Photographer's Gallery shown in Example 2.

Select a thumbnail, Click on it to view the larger image (Example 3.) or select a page by Clicking on the Page numbers which will take you to that page. Clicking on "Gallery Avenue" in the upper left takes you back to the Main Gallery Avenue page shown as Example: 1 above. If you are in one of the other Galleries, clicking on the Gallery name in the upper left takes you back to that Galleries main page.

Moving your cursor (arrow) over the pages you'll find more navigation buttons to get around.

Once the larger image is displayed, you can click on the right side (next photo) or the left side (previous photo) of the large image to see the photographs in that gallery. You can also click on the very small thumbnails to go to that image.

You can scroll down to the Purchase this Photograph section to view your selections in the cart or to purchase a photo. For more information on buying the photographs, go to Purchase Path.

On the upper right of the Gallery Pages is a search function, "Click here to Search the Galleries", that can help you find images. The photographer uses key words to help you find his images. Key words for the image above in Example: #3 are: Lighthouse, Lake, Michigan, water, red, blue, white, waves, wind, rough, pier, North, pier, seagull, solitary, gull, bird, black, clouds, catwalk, flight, early, morning, light, spray, crashing. So if the search function was used and the search was for any one of the keywords, it would be found.

The search function works best with a single word like a color (red) image content (water) location (Michigan) and will find all of the images in the galleries with that key word. In Example: 4. shown below the search was for "red" and it returned 43 results with a key word of red. The initial return shows 3 of the images and has a button to click to Show all 43.

While inside the Galleries, Clicking on the Phototown logo will take you to Gallery Boulevard.
